The North Bridge Inn, a Concord MA bed and breakfast inn, is located just off Monument Square in downtown Concord... just a short walk from the Main Street shopping district and the local historic attractions.
Directions:
Directions from Logan Airport Leave the airport and follow signs for the Summer Tunnel. Once through the tunnel, take your second right for Route 93 North. Continue north to Interstate 95/Route 128. Take the exit for Route 95/128 South. Continue south to Route 2 West (Exit 29B). At the second set of lights follow the signs to Concord center. Once in the town center, continue straight along the town green (Monument Square). Turn right onto Monument Street. The North Bridge Inn will be the second building on your left. Gray building, red door on side.
Directions from the Mass Turnpike Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Interstate 95/Route 128 North. Continue north to Route 2 West (Exit 29B). Directions from Route 495 Route 495 to Route 2 East. At the first set of lights AFTER the Concord Rotary, take a left and follow the signs to Concord center. Proceed down Main Street, bear left around the flag pole and head down the town green (Monument Square). Turn right onto Monument Street. The North Bridge Inn will be the second building on your left. Gray building, red door on side. |

. Room Rates: $165.00 - $275.00/night. . Rates are for single or double occupancy. For each additional person there is a $15 charge. No charge for children under six years of age. . Rates are subject to 9.7% Massachusetts Lodging Tax. . Rates are higher in the fall, so please call to inquire. . Smoking is allowed in outside areas only, please. . Parking for our guests is available behind the Inn. . Check-in is after 3:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. . A deposit of first night's lodging plus tax is required for the reservation; stays longer than 3 days require a 50% deposit. Deposits are due within seven days after the reservation is made. . Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. . Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to day of arrival to ensure a refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to day of arrival will be refunded pending re-booking of the reservation period. All deposits are subject to a $10 service charge. . Patriot's Day Celeration & Parade - Commenerating the historic battles that occured on April 19, 1775. Weekend long events including battle re-enactments in both Lexington and Concord.
Concord Museum - Featuring period rooms and galleries depicting town life and growth for 1635-1890. The collection includes artifacts associated with the beginning of the Revolutionary War, objects used by Thoreau at Walden Pond and the contents of Emerson’s study, as he left it in 1882.
Ralph Waldo Emerson House - The home of the American writer from 1835 to 1882, containing original furnishings and personal memorabilia.
The Old Manse - This historic museum offers guided tours discussing the history of the Emerson-Ripley family of ministers who lived there from 1770 to early this century, Ralph Waldo Emerson, who lived there in 1834 and Nathaniel Hawthorne, who lived there 1842-1845. Orchard House - The Alcott family home, where Louisa May Alcott wrote Little Women in 1868. Tours, children’s workshops, a lecture series and living history programs are offered.
Old North Bridge and Visitor Center - Part of the Minute Man National Historical Park, the area encompasses a portion of the April 19th Battlefield, including the North Bridge. The visitor center offers a video presentation, displays and book shop.
Minute Man Visitor Center - Minute Man National Historical Park - A great place to begin your visit to the park. Orientation and ranger programs, information, bookstore. Newly renovated with all new exhibits.
Battle Road Trail - A 5.5 mile interpretive trail for walking, bicycle or wheelchair follows remnants of the historic road and visits historic houses and natural areas in the Minute Man National Historical Park.
