6. No show policy:
A “no show” fee will be charged of either the equivalent of one night’s lodging or one-half of the entire reservation whichever is greater. |

Leconte and in-suite refrigerator; Chimney View, a two-room executive suite: bedroom with a handmade antique cedar bed (king-sized), separate sitting room with a sofa sleeper, and bath with a Jacuzzi tub; Cherokee Orchard, a deluxe room with a king-sized bed and an additional vanity area in the alcove adjacent to the bathroom; and Roaring Forks, a standard room with a king-sized bed. |
