Oakland Cottage is an historic home, circa 1910, thought to be designed by Richard Sharp Smith, who is best known as the supervising architect for the Biltmore Estate. This 5,000 square ft "cottage" has been naturally broken into private and roomy Suites. The open common areas create a warm and spacious feel. Conveniently located a short one and a half miles from the entrance of the Biltmore Estate and just two miles from downtown Asheville's Pack Square, our location just can't be beat!

| To make & hold a reservation, 1 nights room rate is required, refundable minus a $25 booking fee. Full payment is due 7 days prior to check-in date & is non-refundable within the 7 days. If a cancellation should occur within the 7 days of check-in, any amount re-booked minus the booking fee will be refunded. Because of our small size, cancellations effect us greatly.
