The Seely House Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully restored 1893 Classical Revival home offering two guest rooms in the main house and a Cottage. We offer enjoyable, quiet surroundings for that "get-a-way" with your special one. A private, outdoor hot tub is available for all guests. All rooms have queen size beds.
The ADRIENNE ROOM is decorated in Victorian style; it has a private bath with large claw-foot tub. The SILAS ROOM is decorated in 18th-Century French, and comes with a private bath with a large, modern shower.
The COTTAGE next door to the main house was built in 1897 and is decorated in an exotic British Colonial style featuring a two-person Jacuzzi tub. A fireplace in the bedroom sets the mood for romance. There is a small, separate sitting room with wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker for your convenience.

| The rooms in the main house are beautifully decorated with private bath, cable TV, and queen size beds. The Adrienne Room also has a fold out loveseat that can accommodate a third person. Cold drinks are provided. Two additional rooms without private bath can accommodate larger groups. The Cottage features a Jacuzzi tub for two, gas fireplace, satellite TV, and wet bar. A fold-out couch can accommodate a third person. The Cottage is exotically decorated in British Colonial style. The front porches offer peaceful settings for evening chats. |

The city of Guthrie offers an array of antique stores, gift shops, musical shows, theater, five public golf courses, and seven museums – all in a romantic turn-of-the-century historic town. The Guthrie trolley provides a relaxing and informative view of the Guthrie sites and neighborhoods. Festivals (e.g., Victorian Christmas Celebration, International Blue Grass Jazz festival, Banjo Festival, Medieval Festival, 89er Days Celebration, Wine and Quilt Festival, and Art Walks) occur throughout the year. A professional theater offers comedies, dramas, and musicals much of the year. Carriages are available to take you on a romantic evening ride from your lodging to dinner or the theater and return again.
