Check-Out
We require that you check out by 11:00am to allow adequate time to prepare for incoming guests.
Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests,we provide a smoke free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guestrooms and common areas of both properties. There will be a 250.00 cleaning charge if you choose to disregard our policy.
Pets
Guests pet's are not permitted and we have no pets on the property.
Parking
Complimentary off street parking is available for our guests in the rear of the Edgewood Manor and is accessed from the next street on Bartlett Ave.

Deposit
We require a one-night deposit for single night stays and a 50% deposit for multiple night reservations.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is necessary 14 days or less before your arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the room. Some holiday weekends require 30 day notice of cancellation.
There will be a $25 administration fee on all cancelled reservations, regardless of two-weeks notice or not. Two or more nights, a $50 cancellation fee will be applicable. Three or more nights, 10% of the reservation will be applicable.

No refunds for early departures.

Roger Williams Park and Zoo
One of America's premiere historic urban Parks and listed on the National Register of Historic Places; the 435 acre Victorian park boasts of lovely lakes, varied species of mature trees, and a fabulous rose garden. "The Jewel of Providence" attracts over 3.5 million visitors each year and offers an incredible selection of attractions including an award winning zoo, the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium, circa 1895, the Casino, circa 1897, Charles Smith Green Houses and Botanical Gardens, carousel village, life size bronze sculptures and fountains. Roger Williams Park and Zoo is within walking distance of Edgewood Manor.
Providence's magnificent waterfires
Nearly one hundred bonfires illuminate the waters of the Providence River during this magical outdoor event.
RISD Museum
Located 2 miles from Edgewood Manor, The Rhode Island School of Design Museum houses over 100,000 works of art, ranging from ancient Greek and Roman sculpture to French Impressionist paining; from Chinese stone and terracotta sculpture to contemporary art in every medium. It also serves the public with a full schedule of special exhibitions, lectures, tours, concerts, and other programs. The collection is displayed in 45 galleries on three floors.
Russian Submarine Museum
Located 1˝ miles from Edgewood Manor, a Soviet nuclear missle submarine ("Juliett 484"), whose mission was tracking US aircraft carriers, is moored at Collier Point Park in Providence.
Pawtuxet Village
