Rates: Room rates are double occupancy and include a continental plus breakfast. Add $20 for an extra person and subtract $5 for a single occupant. Single night rates are an additional $10 during months when they are accepted (May – December). Outdoor cats on property, but guests pets not allowed.
Deposit: A confirmation deposit equal to one night or one-third of the total (whichever is greater) is required with your reservation. Deposits are charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation. All balances are due in full at check-in. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ).
Cancellation: Reservations require cancellation 14 days prior to reservation date to receive a refund less $20. For cancellations with shorter notice, funds are withheld to cover each night the room is not rented.
