Deposit: Deposit required at time of reservation. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover credit card required. (* Some cards subject to 1% surcharge). Cash, money order or personal check accepted with credit card information as a guarantee.
Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is given via email or in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Less than 14 days notice, only the portion of your reservation we are able to rebook will be refunded. Special Events: Holidays, school events, group bookings and affairs; require one half non-refundable deposit at time of reservation and 120 days notice of cancellation. Less than 120 days notice, only the portion of your reservation we are able to rebook will be refunded. Extended stays (more than one week) require 60 days notice. A partial cancellation may be treated as a cancellation for the entire stay, no refund for early departure or late arrival. All cancellations subject to 20% administration fees. We will make every effort to reschedule your visit or provide a certificate toward future stays.
Check In: Between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. and by appointment. Early check in may be arranged with advance notice; subject to a $25 charge. Late arrival may be arranged with advance notice.
Check Out: Monday through Saturday = Before 11 AM. Sunday = Before 10:45 AM.
Children traveling with Families: Well behaved children are welcomed; subject to suite availability. Charges: $20/child/night for over two people in a suite. Additional charges will be added for any accidents or damages. Prior notice is required, and some dates may be unavailable.
Dog Friendly Lodging: Our first floor suite with private outside access from the back yard is great for dogs. Advance notice is required. A pet charge of $20.00 the first day, and $10.00 each day thereafter is required. |

If you like warm colors and fabrics, the Margaret room with queen brass bed, fireplace, whirlpool tub and private balcony will be to your liking.
When you want to spread out and relax, the large Georgianna Suite with sitting room, king sized furniture in the bedroom, and private balcony is for you.
Like lots of privacy? Ask for the first floor Samuel Suite with sitting room, queen brass bed, corner Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and separate entry from the yard.

Whether you come in for Parents weekends, commencement activities, or sports events, you can enjoy large, quiet rooms, and a full breakfast every day.
When your family travels together, you can ask for an extended family suite with sleeping for up to four. Modern amenities include free cable TV and high speed internet access, plus independent temperature controls. Some updated bathrooms offer whirlpool tubs.
If you must attend to work during your visit, we also have desks in most of our rooms. Complementary coffee and tea in the stocked guest kitchenette.
