The Inn maintains a smoke-free environment. Please, no candles. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to your credit card for smoking in the Inn.
Ample parking is provided and your bicycles may be sheltered in our garage or secured on our bike rack.
Rates are per room/per night, single or double occupancy. Maximum capacity per room is two persons. Sorry, no children under age 12 and there are no facilities for pets on site.
Special 2 and 3 night Packages are available 11/1 - 5/15
Ask about renting out the entire Inn for special events!

Reservation Policy
Reservations of 1 - 4 nights: Full deposit required.
Reservations of 5 nights or more: 50% deposit required with balance due upon arrival.
A 2-night minimum stay is required from 6/1 - 7/31 and 9/1 - 9/30 and 3 nights for all weekends.
A 3-night minimum stay is required from 8/1 - 8/31 and 4 nights for all weekends.
Extended stays of 7 nights or more will receive a 10% discount.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, travelers checks, personal checks, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, all cancellations, including shortened stays, must be received 14 days prior to the first day of scheduled arrival.
All refunds are less a $25.00 handling fee.
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. However, if the Inn is able to re-rent the cancelled accommodation, credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit less $25.00 handling fee. |

| All guestrooms have private, full baths and air conditioning. Guest phones are provided in common areas. Television/VCR combinations, CD alarm clock radios and hair dryers are in all rooms, as well as bathrobes. Some rooms have fireplaces, Jacuzzis and small refrigerators. Enjoy our fitness room with our compliments. |

The Band concerts, Cape Cod League Baseball, The Chatham Lighthouse, and The Cape Cod National Seashore as well as the central village with the shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Guests frequently comment that they particularly enjoy the unexpected pleasure of not having to get into their cars for several days. Seal tours and Audubon trips to Monomoy Island are readily available.
Chatham serves as a centralized base for exploring all of Cape Cod from Provincetown to Sandwich. The thriving arts village of Provincetown also has whale watches that are always a big hit with visitors. The Truro Vineyards, one of the last remaining vineyards on Cape Cod, provides a relaxing old-world experience. There are ferries that are convenient for day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Sandwich boasts the Heritage Museums and Gardens. Over 100 acres make up the Plantation, the former summer home of the Lily Pharmaceutical Family. A truly world class antique car collection awaits the car enthusiasts among us. Sandwich celebrates its glass blowing heritage at The Sandwich Glass Museum. This facility pays tribute to the artisans who practiced their craft nearly three hundred years ago.
