Cancellation: If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible. Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card. If your reservation is cancelled ten days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will not be charged. If we receive nine days or less notice of cancellation and are unable to rebook your room, you will be charged for your reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay.
Group Reservation/Cancellation (three or more rooms): A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of group reservation. If your group reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation date, no other charges apply. Cancellations 29 days or less before group reservation date will be charged to you if we are unable to rebook your reserved rooms. |

A recent addition to the Garden House provides space for Dixie's Kitchen and the Sun Room where your very special breakfast is served. Small catered events and cooking classes are also provided in Dixie's Kitchen and the Sun Room.
