Reservations/Cancellations - There is a $15/room/night non-refundable charge made at the time of the reservation. The remaining amount due can be charged to your credit card if the reservation is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date provided the we are not able to rent the room.
Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. We do allow smoking on our porch and have seating and ashtrays located there. Should smoking take place in the room you will be asked to leave and a charge for professional cleaning (actual amount) will be charged to your credit card.
Children - We do allow well behaved, quiet children on WEEKDAYS ONLY (Sunday-Thurs). Please keep in mind that the majority of our guests are trying to ESCAPE children. We reserve to right to cancel your stay if in our opinion the children are disturbing our other guests. |
