| The Woodbury Cabin is located in beautiful Coshocton County Ohio. It overlooks a 1-acre stocked pond and is the only cabin hidden on our quiet, private 42 wooded acres. The only thing you'll see here is the wonder of nature. |

• Weekend stays require a two night minimum
• A weekend stay includes Fri-Sat, Thu-Fri, or Sat-Sun
• A three night minimum is required on most holiday weekends
• You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin
• 25% down payment is required to hold any reservation
• Full balance is due 7 days before check-in
• Visa, MasterCard, & Discover accepted
• A 6% Lodging Tax/Service Charge will be added to the rental rates
• No Refund for any cancellation
• All cancellations will be charged a $45 processing fee
• Check-in after 3pm
• Check-out by 11am
• No smoking inside the Cabins
• Catch and release fishing only (fish can be kept for a fee--contact us for more information)

| On our property alone, you can hike, ride your ATV, hunt, fish, and pick wild raspberries and blackberries (June/July). We are surrounded by local amish homes, shops, stores and markets. We are less than 30 miles from the Woodbury Wildlife Area, Berlin/Sugarcreek, Roscoe Village, Longaberger, Kokosing Bike Trail, canopy tours, and vineyards. |

| Ohio's largest public hunting/fishing area is the Woodbury Wildlife Area and it is just a couple miles south. It offers thousands of acres of public hunting and over 40 stocked ponds. Our pond is also stocked with channel cats, largemouth bass, bluegill and shellcrackers. There is also plenty deer, turkey and other wildlife seen on our 42 acres. We also have trails throughout our property for hiking or riding ATVs. |
