SPRING, SUMMER, FALL DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY. Full payment due upon arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival are charged one night's stay.
WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY (11/23/10 - 4/1/11) A one night deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire prepayment. Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $100.00 handling fee.
EXCEPTION: Sundance Film Festival cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. Any cancellations will forfeit entire prepayment.
Check-in time is between 3 – 7 p.m. If you will be arriving before or after, please let your Innkeeper know prior to your arrival. Our best effort will be made to meet your needs. |

The Washington School Inn has 15 lavishly appointed Guestrooms and Suites, all with private baths. The imported 300-600 thread count sheets are just one of many luxury amenities.

Featured on the main level is the living room, with its soaring 20 foot ceiling, massive stone fireplace and cozy reading areas. The adjacent dining room offers a lovely setting to relax and enjoy the scrumptious breakfasts prepared each morning.
The ground level contains a spa, sauna and lounge area as well as private ski lockers and full bathroom with shower.
The library area, located on the mezzanine level, provides an excellent location for meetings of up to 20 people or an inviting corner to enjoy a game of chess.

We take great pride in our breakfasts, our favorite meal of the day! A buffet is served so guests can choose how many Belgian waffles, scoops of fresh fruit salad, servings of WSI granola, pieces of banana-pecan bread or slices of Swiss Spinach Quiche they want. Every morning guests awake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and also find hot tea, hot chocolate, apple cider and fresh orange juice awaiting them.
Guests that have special diet needs can easily be accommodated with notice.
We are proud to serve phenomenal products such as applewood smoked bacon from the Utah Cider Hills Farms and real Vermont maple syrup. |

Within a 10 minute walk there are over 50 restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive there are another 50 restaurants. From fast food to fine dining, even the most discriminating guest will be pleased.

Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Lift is a 2 minute down-hill walk from the Washington School Inn. There summer and winter guests are able purchase lift tickets, get trail maps, buy last minute hike/ski accessories, grab a sandwich, and ride the chair lift while enjoying the views up the mountain.
The Transit Center offers a complimentary shuttle ride to anywhere in Park City. Only a 2 minute walk from the Inn, guests can easily navigate where they want to go and arrive minutes later. www.parkcity.org |

In the summer months we still use the chair lifts but for even more fun biking, hiking, day spas, golf, fly fishing, hot air ballooning, hay rides, skateboard parks, horseback riding, concerts in the park, PCMR’s zip-rider, PCMR’s alpine slide, gallery strolls, farmers markets, art & music festivals, Deer Valley’s symphonies.
There is much more to do in Park City than just skiing & snowboarding. The short list includes sleigh ride, snow-mobiling, snowshoeing, tubing, cross country, heli, cat, & telemark skiing, horseback rides, gallery strolls, hot air ballooning, day spas, fly fishing and area tours. You will be staying in the Wasatch Mountains with the coolest mountain town out your door. |
