Deposit Information
A deposit equal to the total rate for one nights accommodation of your party is required on all reservations and will be credited only to the last night of your scheduled reservation. Guarantee by major credit card is required for last minute reservations.

We request a 3 night stay on Holiday weekends, which include Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, weekends.
Rates for 2 per night is $160.00. Each additional guest is $50.00.
Children 2-12 are $25.00. Rates are subject to 9% State Rooms Tax. |

Boat Rentals
Our boats are 14' with 6 hp engines, deep hull. They are designed for the lake. Our motor boats do not leave the First Connecticut Lake. $60.00 per day-gas and oil included $300.00 for the week-gas and oil included.
Canoe and Kayaks
$20.00 per day and included is paddle, personal flotation devices and if you want to explore other waters, car top accessories. |
