Luna Vista Bed and Breakfast is a Verde Valley luxury B&B near Sedona offering deluxe accommodations at exceptional value in an equestrian high desert country setting. A secluded western resort style paradise yet conveniently located close to many popular attractions, cities and towns offering world class restaurants, casinos, galleries and shops.
Situated on 8.5 lush green acres along Beaver Creek, the whole family can enjoy this spacious artistically yet comfortably decorated home. Luna Vista proudly features hearty delicious continental and full breakfasts, an extravagant Sunday and Holiday Brunch, original works of art, high speed internet service, a resort style heated pool and spa, flower and serenity gardens and easy access to creeks, rivers, ancient ruins, hiking and riding trailheads, several state parks and two national forests.
When traveling with horses, adjacent horse facilities provide secure shelter and runs for your prized equine companion traveling with you, with easy access to trailheads for off premise riding. Dogs of all sizes are also welcomed to stay in our fenced climate controlled doghouse during your visit.

A two night minimum is required Thursday through Sunday during PEAK SEASON AND HOLIDAYS for all suites. (No minimum stay for the Xanadu's Marco Polo and Kalahari when available.)
Check-In Time after 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time before 12:30 p.m. Late and Early Check-In/Out Upon Request As Available.
Room rates are based on double occupancy with the exception of The Xanadu Suite based on 3 persons. There is a $20.00 fee for each additional person. For those traveling alone, deduct $10.00 from the above rates.
Please guarantee your reservation by prepaying for 50% of your expected stay. We accept Traveler Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Cancellations and changes must be received within 14 days of your scheduled arrival for full refunds. Any changes or cancellations within the 14 day period are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room.
Luna Vista's interiors are SMOKE-FREE environments. Smoking is permitted on our patios and pavilion areas only.
Children over 10 accompanied by an adult are welcome.
Horses are welcomed that accompany equestrian travelers. Dogs are also welcomed to accompany you and can stay in our securely fenced and sheltered runs. Pet deposits and cleaning fees apply. Arrangements for your pets’ needs and temperament must be made in advance of your arrival.
Please advise your host of your party’s dietary preferences prior to your arrival.
