Our luxury B&B is located just moments from some of the best dining, shopping and championship golf courses in the state of Missouri. Harbour Ridge is a casual and contemporary Lake of the Ozarks property where each guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Whenever a reservation is cancelled there is a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
PET POLICY:
"Pooch" must come with his travel crate and may not be left alone in the guest room. Pooch must be leashed at all times when in common areas of the B & B.
RESERVATIONS:
Are necessary. A credit card or one night deposit is required to hold the reservation. Two night reservations requested for weekends and holidays.
RATES:
Are for double occupancy and subject to Missouri sales tax. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash are accepted.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of regular check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Special late Friday night check-ins are available with advance notice. No getaway should begin in a whirlwind, rushing to get out of town, and fighting traffic. Let us know and we'll make your late night arrival an adventure!
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside. The Inn at Harbour Ridge allows outside smoking only. A $250 charge applies if there is any hint of smoking in our guestrooms.
The Inn is an adult retreat. Therefore, children are allowed only in the Big Red Barn. |
