* Deposit: At the time of booking, we require a 1-night deposit for a 1-6 night stay, 50% for stays of 7 nights or longer or multiple rooms. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Traveler's Checks, personal/business checks and cash are welcome for payment of balance.
* Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Earlier than 7 days prior to reservation (14 days for holiday bookings, special events, multiple rooms and long term stays) there will be no additional charge for cancellations or changes. Within the 7 (14) days, for cancellations or shortening of stay, the guest is responsible for a minimum charge equal to one night's reservation and a maximum charge for each night the room remains vacant. No-Shows will be charged full reservation.
* Minimum Stays: A 2-3 night minimum stay is required on weekends and April through September. A 3-4 night minimum stay applies on holidays and weekends April through September, unless bookings allow for a shorter stay. If bookings allow for single night stays a surcharge of $15.00 may apply.
* Capacity: Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, except Garden Suite which accommodates 4.
* Check-in is by appointment, after 4 pm, early or late check-in by prior arrangement only.
* Check out is 11:00 am. If you have a late departure scheduled, we can certainly store your baggage.
* Children 12 and over welcomed, children of all ages in Garden Suite.
* Pets: We are able to accommodate small dogs in the Garden Suite. There are 2 resident toy poodles that are not allowed in the guest rooms.
* Smoke-free: No smoking or use of candles or any open-flame products is permitted inside.
* Stairs: All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are stairs entering from the parking area. All stairways have sturdy handrails and all guest must be able to climb stairs. Garden Suite is on ground floor.
* Sales Tax: Rates are subject to 9.5% Washington Sales Tax. |

Enjoy a sumptuous hot gourmet breakfast in our formal dining room at 8:30 every morning. A typical breakfast includes choice of juice and hot beverage, fresh fruit dish and main course, prepared with garden-grown herbs. For special consideration, or if you are unable to join us for breakfast, please let us know the prior day! Before 8:00 am, we can arrange a continental breakfast for you.
