The Lodge at Sedona is an intimate Bed and Breakfast Inn, consequently cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to two weeks (14 days) before the arrival date will result in a full refund of your deposit, less a $30 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within the two week (14 day period) prior to date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the booking, pending the Lodge's ability to re-rent the rooms for the entire length of the anticipated stay. Multiple (more than two) room reservations require a 30 day cancellation notification. Should it be necessary for guests to depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, or alter reservations in any way, guests will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless the Lodge is able to re-rent all anticipated nights. Alterations to confirmed reservations are subject to a $30/room processing fee.
Trip/Travel insurance is highly recommended. For travel protection insurance, we suggest CSA Travel Protection Insurance at 800 348 9505 or www.csatravelprotection.com or contact your local AAA Travel Agent for specific insurance plans available.
The Lodge at Sedona is a 100% smoke free environment indoors. Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or any other abuse to our guest rooms and lounges without further authorization.
Check-in is 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests must pre-arrange for late arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Office hours are 7:00 am to 7 pm, daily.

We cannot accommodate children under the age of 11.

Culinary Institute trained Chefs provide catering for receptions and banquets up to 30 guests. They will be delighted to design and prepare a menu fitting your budget and occasion style, from a casual chuck wagon barbecue buffet to a multi - course gourmet sit down dinner.
For larger receptions we have exclusive arrangements with several fine dining / catering establishments located in Sedona. Working hand in hand with the Lodge culinary team, they are able to provide all your catering and special beverage requirements.
Dinners typically range from $45 to $75 per guest, excluding beverages and rental fees. Catering is subject to an 18% service charge and applicable taxes. |
