From Houston:
IH-10 West to IH-37(HWY 281) North. Exit Durango Street. Left (West) on Durango to South Alamo Street. Turn left on S. Alamo (South) 4 blocks to 951 S. Alamo.
From Dallas/Austin:
IH-35 South (to Laredo). IH35 joins IH10 East to Houston. Stay on IH35 South (to Laredo). Exit Durango (exit will circle to the East). East on Durango to S. Alamo Street. Turn Right on S. Alamo Street. Go 4 blocks to 951.
From El Paso:
IH-10 East to San Antonio. Merge with IH-35 South to Laredo. Exit at Durango Street (exit will circle to the East) to S. Alamo Street. Turn Right on S. Alamo Street. Go 4 blocks to 951 South.
From Laredo:
IH-35 North to S. Alamo Street exit (center lane). Follow Alamo Street about 1 mile to 951 South Alamo (street will curve to the left and Probandt intersection).
Turn into the driveway and stop at the door with the mailbox, plants and chair to enter and unload luggage. |

Two or more nights as a minimum stay may be required based upon dates selection. Reservations are confirmed with a charge for the first night’s stay.
* Most reservations require a cancellation before 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund (minus a $25 service fee). Reservations for special events, convention periods, holidays and bookings of multiple rooms require a 30 to 60 day cancellation and may incur a higher service fee.
* Smoke and candle free bed and breakfast home. Smoking is permitted on the verandah or in the backyard for fire prevention, safety and guest allergies. Please fully extinguish all smoking materials at all times.
* Totally pet and feather free in consideration of allergic guests.
* We accept cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and the Discover Card. All reservations require a one night deposit by credit card. |

| The rooms are luxurious and private, decorated with the finest linens and furnishings. Each room has a private bath with a Jacuzzi, whirlpool tub or spacious shower. Bedrooms have extra pillows, blankets, a hairdryer, clock radio, and a basket of Bath and Body Works products. The suites and second floor library are equipped with satellite television with HBO channels and a VCR with a varied selection of movies. We also have VCRs and writing desks in guest rooms. Other amenities include an iron and ironing board, guest microwave and refrigerator, a guest computer, and Wi-Fi, high-speed wireless Internet access. |

The King William Room is our largest meeting room and is available for corporate meetings. Located on the second floor, it has direct access to 90 feet of verandah. This room can hold up to 50 for meetings, receptions and corporate gatherings. Twenty-five persons may be seated at tables while 40 can be seated in rows. Two additional rooms are available on the second floor for breakout session and two rooms located on the first floor can be used with rental of the entire house.

For a leisurely morning wake-up or breakfast before a busy day, our light breakfast is available from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM in our main dining room.
