Cancellation Policy
Please don't but if you must....and can give us a thirty (30) day notice prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $35 processing fee. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of your arrival, or an early checkout, we will issue a voucher for the entire deposit amount to be used toward a future stay. Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from date of issue and do have restricted periods: Foliage, Middlebury Events / Graduations, Dunmore / Keywadin Weekends, or holiday weekends.
Minimum stay is 2 days on weekends and 3 days on holiday weekends |
